We aim to dispatch your order from our Sydney HQ within 24hrs of you placing your order. Please note that this excludes weekends and public holidays. Whilst we’ll do our best to get your order out within 24hrs, Please allow an additional 24hrs during peak holiday seasons such as Christmas to process your order.

We use Australia's top Couriers (Couriers Please, TNT, Fastway and Aus Post Express), to get your order to you in a timely matter.

Whilst we cannot control or take responsibility for courier delays, please see approximate time frames below:

  • NSW METRO: 1 - 3 Business Days after dispatch
  • VIC METRO: 2 - 4 Business Days  after dispatch
  • QLD METRO: 3 - 4 Business Days  after dispatch
  • Regional NSW/VIC/QLD: 7 - 10 Business Days  after dispatch
  • WA: 5 - 10 Business Days  after dispatch
  • NT: 10 - 12 Business Days  after dispatch

Please allow additional time during peak holiday periods such as Christmas for shipping and processing. If you would like to more information on precise ETA's or want to discuss couriers with us, please feel free to email us at hello@hamperly.com.au with your query. 

Please note:

  • We DO NOT Ship to P.O Boxes
  • We are not currently able to have gifts delivered on a specified date
  • There may be delays during peak mailing periods i.e. Christmas and public holidays.

Please allow additional time in transit during peak periods such as the Christmas holiday season - Unfortunately courier delays are beyond our control.

Whilst we do our absolute best to get your gift out the door in a timely manner and into the hands of Australia's best couriers (TNT, Couriers Please, Fastway), we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays on the courier network. We will do our best to intervene and assist on your behalf where possible, but sometimes there is little we can do once it has left the doors of hamperly HQ.

Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for delayed gifts as a result of courier delays and we advise to allow extra time during peak periods. 

 

If your order has been dispatched and you have put in the incorrect address, hamperly is not responsible for retrieving the package.

Should the package be returned to hamperly HQ, we will happily re-send the package to the correct address, however an additional postage fee will need to be paid prior to dispatch.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for incorrect addresses once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

If your recipient isn’t home, the postal service/courier will leave it in a safe location (if it’s deemed safe to do so). If it’s just not possible to leave the gift somewhere safe a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to collect or have the gift re-delivered. Please note hamperly cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

We are currently accepting pre-orders only for our limited Christmas range. See timeline below for information regarding when your Christmas gift will be dispatched from our warehouse. Place your order by:

  • 14th November for guaranteed dispatch week commencing 28th November.
  • 21st November for guaranteed dispatch week commencing 5th December.
Please note that this only applies to gifts from our Christmas Range. All other gifts will be dispatched as normal. 

 

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay as noted on checkout.

If you require a Tax Invoice, please email us directly with your order number.

Returns

At hamperly, we take exceptional pride in delivering an amazing service and beautiful gifts that you and your recipient will fall in love with. If your item is faulty, or does not arrive in the condition that it left our warehouse in please contact us within 7 business days at hello@hamperly.com.au with details of the damage with a photo attached, to discuss how we can rectify the issue i.e with a replacement of the item damaged.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for incorrect shipping addresses, delayed packages as a result of Courier Delays or return-to-sender packages as the result of an incorrect address or a failure to collect from the local pick-up point. Our team will do it's best to assist with courier enquiries on your behalf where possible, but sometimes there is little we can do once it has left hamperly HQ. We advise to allow extra time during peak periods, and COVID-19 Outbreaks.
